Apex Group is seeking an experienced and visionary Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our global technology strategy. With a workforce of 13,000 employees across 50 countries, this role requires a seasoned leader who has experience operating in highly matrixed, large-scale, blue-chip corporate environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial services and a proven track record of aligning technology strategies with business goals to drive innovation and operational efficiency. This role will play a critical part in defining and executing Apex Group’s technology roadmap while fostering cross-cultural collaboration and managing globally distributed teams.

Requirements

1. 10+ years of experience within the financial services industry.

2. Proven track record in a leadership role within a blue-chip large corporate firm.

3. Demonstrated expertise working in a highly matrixed organization and managing cross-functional teams.

4. Strong ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.

5. Experience in driving technological innovation and digital transformation.

6. Strong understanding of global markets and cultural adaptability in diverse environments.

Desirable

1. Experience with emerging technologies and their application in financial services.

2. Proficient in change management and leading digital transformation initiatives.

3. Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with external technology vendors.
