We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead and implement our growth strategy in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, expanding client relationships, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. They will collaborate with internal teams, oversee key accounts, and deliver on sales targets while fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in financial services, particularly within the investment industry, family office, or fund administration, and will leverage their deep market knowledge to achieve exceptional results. As the organization's representative, they will exhibit exemplary leadership and maintain high standards of client service, operational performance, and relationship management. Qualified candidates must be Arabic speakers, based in Saudi Arabia, and demonstrate a strong track record of stability, commitment, and leadership in the region.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience living and working in Saudi Arabia with a strong background in financial services, specifically the investment industry, family office, or fund administration.

2. Demonstrated ability to maintain stable employment, with at least 3 years or more spent in previous roles.

3. Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

4. Deep understanding of financial and operational processes, including compliance with legal standards in the KSA market.

5. Highly proficient in Arabic, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Experience in leadership roles, including managing teams, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Desirable

1. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting.

2. Proven ability to collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries to achieve business goals.

3. Insight into market developments and capacity to assess opportunities for product or service expansion.
