Description
As a Program Director, you will lead the implementation and management of a critical communications network infrastructure program, directly overseeing a PMO function to govern the Mission Critical Network (MCN) Program. Your role will involve developing and implementing the operational model, ensuring alignment across various departments, vendors, and stakeholders, and managing project budgets, CapEx/OpEx, and change. You will establish project KPIs, oversee executive reporting, and manage a PMO team of over 50 staff to ensure the program meets all objectives on schedule, within budget, and at the required quality level.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in leading large-scale network infrastructure programs.
2. Strong background in implementing and managing PMO functions.
3. In-depth knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and quality assurance principles.
4. Experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
5. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with all levels of management, stakeholders, and external vendors.
6. Skilled in risk management and change management.
Desirable
1. Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2).
2. Experience in telecommunications or critical network infrastructure.
