This role involves oversight of financial planning, analysis, and budget management to support business objectives. Strong leadership and strategic vision are essential in driving performance and managing cross-functional finance teams. The position requires someone with around 10 years of hands-on experience who can serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while maintaining operational efficiency and integrity.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance, with a focus on the construction and real estate development industries.

2. Extensive knowledge and practical experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.

3. Proven skills in managing budgets, financial reporting, and cost control processes.

4. Familiarity with industry-specific financial compliance and regulatory standards.

5. Strong leadership experience in managing finance teams and cross-departmental collaboration.

6. Proficiency in financial and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Desirable

1. Professional financial certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent.

2. Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and strategic financial partnerships in relevant industries.

3. Knowledge of innovative technologies impacting construction and real estate financial operations.
