Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the Design Development stage for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects, ensuring compliance with authority requirements, and coordinating with senior management, project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders. You will also evaluate team needs, attend client and authority meetings, and oversee QA/QC compliance to ensure timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a consultancy firm and demonstrate strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in design development across various project types including residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
3. Proven experience coordinating with clients, authorities, design teams, and consultants.
4. Expertise in ensuring full compliance with authority requirements and QA/QC standards.
5. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
6. Strong project management skills with a focus on timely project completion.
