Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager of Enablement to lead our global sales support and operations functions. This pivotal role involves crafting the overall strategy for our core sales tools, systems, and B2B support to empower the Global Sales division. You will be responsible for developing and executing the roadmap for our sales technology stack, including Salesforce, and modernizing our sales processes. A key focus will be building and leading a high-impact, multidisciplinary team that includes a new inside sales unit. The ideal candidate will spearhead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to refine workflows and use data-driven insights to optimize performance. Your leadership will be instrumental in equipping our sales team with the enablers needed to exceed commercial objectives, preferably bringing a deep understanding of the airline industry.
Requirements
1. 10-12 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related commercial field.
2. Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategic roadmaps for sales technology, including CRM platforms like Salesforce.
3. Proven track record of leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, including sales operations, support, and data functions.
4. Strong proficiency in CRM Management, SQL, and formal project management methodologies.
5. Expertise in designing, refining, and implementing global sales processes.
6. Experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale technology or process rollouts.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex sales performance data into actionable insights.
Desirable
1. Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MBA).
2. Significant experience within the airline industry and a strong understanding of its market dynamics.
3. Experience building an inside sales team from inception to a high-performing unit.
