We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Fabric & Home Care business in Dubai, shaping the future of fragrance experiences across the Middle East & North Africa. This strategic role involves translating deep regional market intelligence and consumer insights into compelling creative concepts and storytelling. You will be instrumental in building strong client partnerships by delivering high-impact presentations and leading immersive experiences. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and bring fragrance innovations to life. Your primary focus will be on the MENA region, with opportunities to contribute to global initiatives. Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 5–7+ years of progressive experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
3. Experience within the fragrances, consumer goods, ingredients, or related industries.
4. Strong understanding of MENA markets and consumer behavior.
5. Proven experience developing and delivering high-impact client presentations and storytelling materials.
6. Skilled in project management, capable of handling multiple projects from briefing to execution.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Desirable
1. Professional working proficiency in Arabic or French.
2. Experience with fragrance language, olfactory families, and sensorial communication.
3. Experience conceptualizing and managing corporate stands for trade shows and exhibitions.
4. Track record of leading immersive client workshops and innovation sessions.
5. Experience supporting global clients or cross-regional marketing initiatives.
