We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to be the first point of contact for our prospective customers. In this pivotal role, you will engage and qualify inbound leads from our website, marketing campaigns, and events, playing a critical part in shaping the initial customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of potential clients through concise discovery calls, assessing their alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile. You will be instrumental in nurturing these prospects and scheduling qualified meetings for our senior sales team. This position is key to maintaining a robust and high-quality sales pipeline. By meticulously documenting interactions in our HubSpot CRM, you will ensure a seamless handover to Account Executives. This is an excellent opportunity to drive growth and make a significant impact on our sales success.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-focused Sales or Business Development role.

2. Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).

3. Demonstrable proficiency with CRM software, with a strong preference for HubSpot.

4. Experience using sales engagement platforms and other sales automation tools.

5. Proven experience in qualifying inbound, marketing-generated leads.

6. Skilled in conducting discovery calls to uncover and document customer pain points and use cases.

7. Solid understanding of typical B2B SaaS sales cycles.

8. Familiarity with the business customs and market environment of the GCC region.
