Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our online gaming and payment platforms. In this pivotal role, you will own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization, for critical systems that connect our game content, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. You will be the central hub for defining and delivering a seamless, secure, and engaging player journey. Collaborating closely with design, engineering, marketing, and legal teams, you will craft product roadmaps and feature requirements that enhance user experience and drive retention. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating payment solutions and ensuring our platform meets stringent KYC and AML standards. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the intricacies of digital payments. Requirements
1. 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
2. Demonstrable experience within the online gaming or payment platform industries.
3. Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
4. Hands-on experience with Payment Service Provider (PSP) integration and management.
5. Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance workflows.
6. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development methodologies, including backlog grooming and prioritization.
7. High level of analytics literacy with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, or SQL to make data-informed decisions.
8. Experience creating product roadmaps, writing detailed user stories, and defining product requirements.
Desirable
1. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms to optimize user funnels.
2. Familiarity with international payment methods and global regulatory landscapes.
3. Technical background or a strong ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
