We are seeking a visionary Head of Innovation & Partnerships to drive our digital and AI transformation within the convenience retail and mobility sectors. This strategic role involves leading the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge technologies to revolutionize our customer experiences and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's AI and digital roadmap, establishing a Center of Excellence, and leading a high-performing team. A key aspect of this position is forging and nurturing strategic partnerships with leading digital players to enhance our brand and create new value streams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation programs with measurable commercial success. You will champion innovation, manage C-suite stakeholder relationships, and oversee the scaling of AI-driven solutions from pilot to full deployment. Your leadership will be crucial in building our retail media network and driving data monetization initiatives.
Requirements
1. 12+ years of experience in innovation management, strategic partnerships, and digital transformation.
2. Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide AI and digital programs with measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
3. Proven experience developing and executing a corporate AI, digital, and technology roadmap.
4. Strong proficiency with AI/Machine Learning platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft AI, IBM Watson) and innovation management tools.
5. Experience creating complex business cases and investment plans to secure C-suite and senior stakeholder buy-in.
6. Expertise in building and monetizing retail media networks and leveraging data for new revenue streams.
7. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of innovation and partnership professionals.
8. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in constrained environments.
Desirable
1. MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
2. Experience within the convenience retail, CPG, or mobility industries.
3. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager) and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
4. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or dataIku.
5. Established network of contacts within the tech, AI, and digital innovation ecosystem.
