AI Agent Architect (Saudi-based only)

Lucidya, the MENA region's leading customer experience intelligence platform, is seeking a Saudi-based AI Agent Architect to spearhead the design of our next-generation agentic AI services. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end architecture of autonomous AI systems that can reason, plan, and act to deliver significant business value. You will define how agents interact with tools, collaborate in multi-agent systems, and manage memory safely at scale. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform the latest advancements in LLMs and agent frameworks into robust, production-ready systems integrated into the Lucidya platform. We are looking for a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI to architect intelligent, goal-driven behaviors that enhance our products. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning AI solutions with business needs and mentoring engineers to build the future of customer experience intelligence.

Requirements

1. BA/BS or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record in AI system architecture.

3. Demonstrated experience designing and deploying LLM-driven or multi-agent AI systems.

4. Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

5. Expertise in LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.

6. Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).

7. Solid grounding in software architecture principles, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

8. Currently based in Saudi Arabia.

Desirable

1. Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.

2. Strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and modern NLP libraries.

3. Experience designing AI governance, safety guardrails, and observability standards.

4. Proven ability to mentor engineers on AI architecture and best practices.

5. Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
