We are seeking an AI & Automation Intern to join our innovative product team and contribute to defining the future of recruitment technology. In this role, you will assist in the development of AI-powered tools that streamline CV processing, match candidates with job opportunities, and empower hiring managers to make informed decisions. You will also gain hands-on experience with automation scripting in Python, introductory AI models applied to recruitment, API integration, and handling real-world data. This is an excellent opportunity to explore the intersection of HR and technology while solving meaningful, impactful problems at scale.

Requirements

1. Proficient in Python for building and testing automation scripts.

2. Basic understanding of AI concepts or introductory-level exposure to AI models.

3. Familiarity with working with APIs for data extraction and integration.

4. Prior experience with real-world data and data processing techniques.

5. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

6. Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team setting.

Desirable

1. Experience with HR or recruitment-focused projects or tools.

2. Knowledge of machine learning workflows or basic algorithms.

3. Exposure to data visualization tools and strategies.
