Description
We are seeking a visionary DeFi Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and development of our next-generation decentralized finance applications. This critical role involves creating the blueprint for secure, scalable, and innovative DeFi products, including lending platforms, stablecoin solutions, and cross-chain protocols. You will be the technical authority, bridging the gap between traditional financial concepts and cutting-edge blockchain technology. Working closely with developers, security auditors, and compliance teams, you will ensure our platforms are robust, user-centric, and aligned with regulatory standards. Your expertise will guide the creation of sophisticated tokenomics models and drive technical integrations across the broader blockchain ecosystem. Requirements
1. A minimum of 7 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain and DeFi development.
2. Expert-level, hands-on programming skills in Solidity, Rust, or Go.
3. Demonstrable experience architecting complex, production-grade DeFi protocols (e.g., lending, DEX, stablecoins).
4. Deep understanding of tokenomics, including the design of incentive mechanisms, governance structures, and value accrual.
5. Proven experience managing the end-to-end security audit process and implementing vulnerability remediations.
6. Strong grasp of core financial primitives and their translation into decentralized systems.
7. Experience in designing and implementing solutions for cross-chain interoperability and Layer 2 scaling.
8. In-depth knowledge of DeFi security best practices, common attack vectors, and mitigation techniques.
Desirable
1. Experience designing and participating in Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) and on-chain governance.
2. Familiarity with the legal and regulatory landscape of decentralized finance.
3. Contributions to open-source DeFi projects or blockchain infrastructure.
4. Experience integrating with major oracle solutions like Chainlink.
5. Knowledge of advanced cryptographic concepts relevant to blockchain technology.
