We are seeking a visionary NFT & Digital Asset Product Director to spearhead our expansion into the Web3 ecosystem. This senior leadership role will define and execute the product strategy for innovative NFT and token-based experiences across gaming, media, sports, and luxury sectors. You will own the entire product lifecycle, from initial market research and concept validation to launch, iteration, and scaling. The ideal candidate will cultivate and manage high-impact partnerships with premier brands, artists, and creators to launch compelling digital collections. Collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and legal teams, you will build user-centric platforms that unlock new revenue streams and foster vibrant, engaged communities. This position requires a unique blend of creative vision, technical knowledge, and commercial acumen to shape the future of digital ownership. Requirements
1. Minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on NFT, blockchain, or Web3 products.
2. Proven track record of launching and scaling successful NFT platforms, marketplaces, or digital asset ecosystems.
3. Deep technical understanding of blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Polygon, and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
4. Expertise in common NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and an awareness of emerging protocols.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a data-driven product strategy from concept to market.
6. Strong experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with major brands, IP holders, or creators.
7. Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on KPIs such as adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth.
8. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and legal teams in an agile environment.
Desirable
1. Direct experience in one or more target industries: gaming, media, sports, or luxury goods.
2. Familiarity with on-chain governance models, DAOs, and community treasury management.
3. Active participation and a strong network within the broader Web3 and NFT community.
4. Experience with the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets and securities.
5. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
