Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to spearhead our Consumer Business sales performance and channel expansion across Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our major retail partners while strategically identifying and onboarding new accounts to amplify our market presence. Your primary objective will be to achieve ambitious sales targets by developing and executing comprehensive business plans, promotions, and marketing campaigns. You will lead commercial negotiations, manage inventory and forecasting, and ensure exceptional brand visibility and in-store execution. This position requires a deep understanding of the KSA retail landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain robust partnerships. Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in Retail Sales or Key Account Management within Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.

2. Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in Saudi Arabia.

3. Strong existing network and professional relationships with buyers and category managers at major KSA retailers.

4. Proficient in sales forecasting, distributor stock planning, and inventory sell-through management.

5. Proven experience in leading commercial negotiations and managing promotional budgets with key retail accounts.

6. Experience in developing and executing annual retail business plans and marketing campaigns.

7. Expertise in executing planograms, merchandising standards, and enhancing in-store brand visibility.

8. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Desirable

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a significant plus.

2. Fluency in Arabic.

3. Experience in identifying and developing new e-commerce key accounts within the KSA market.

4. Experience conducting product training, retail roadshows, and managing in-store promoter programs.

5. Strong understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) management basics.
