Operations and Development Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our partnership operations and the strategic development of our premier loyalty programme. Reporting to the Senior Partnership Manager, you will manage and grow key partner relationships to drive revenue and boost member engagement. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new partners, negotiating contracts, and managing the end-to-end partner lifecycle. You will also design and execute joint marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and handle all operational aspects, from agreements to issue resolution. This position requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills, analytical acumen, and a deep understanding of loyalty programmes to enrich our member benefits and expand our partner ecosystem.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership coordination, business development, marketing, or a related role.

2. Mandatory fluency in both written and spoken Arabic.

3. Proven experience in leading negotiations and managing the full partner onboarding cycle.

4. Strong proficiency in developing business cases and financial models using Excel.

5. Demonstrated ability to manage administrative and operational tasks, including agreements, reporting, and transaction reconciliation.

6. Experience in analyzing campaign performance and interpreting complex data.

7. Excellent skills in creating and delivering high-quality strategic presentations.

8. Sound knowledge of loyalty services, partnership models, and consumer services across multi-channel platforms.

Desirable

1. Direct experience working within a loyalty programme environment.

2. Familiarity with the regional lifestyle, retail, and experiential market in the GCC.

3. Experience managing relationships with partner agencies and vendors.

4. Ability to develop and deliver partner training materials.

5. Experience in sourcing exclusive experiential and lifestyle benefits for members.
