We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at TP-Link. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on event coordination and logistics. You will manage everything from sourcing venue quotations to ensuring all marketing materials arrive on time for conferences, trade shows, and product launches. This position involves close collaboration with our sales, design, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of our marketing strategies. Key responsibilities also include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and handling all event-related financial administration. Additionally, you will contribute to our lead generation efforts through telemarketing and meticulous maintenance of our marketing database. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Requirements

1. Demonstrated experience in event planning and logistics coordination.

2. Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, including sourcing and negotiation.

3. Experience with marketing-related financial administration, such as processing payments and invoices.

4. Proficiency in lead generation techniques, including telemarketing or cold calling.

5. Experience with marketing database management and validation.

6. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

7. Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

8. Strong project coordination and multitasking skills.

Desirable

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

3. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.

4. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

5. Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.
