A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking a Brand & Marketing Lead to be the architect of their narrative and the engine of their growth. Working closely with the founder in this pivotal role, you will define their brand identity, shape their market positioning, and build a compelling presence that earns customer loyalty. Requirements
1. Proven experience in developing brand and go-to-market (GTM) strategies in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
2. Hands-on expertise in executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email, and ABM.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead content strategy and produce high-impact materials like blogs, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
4. Proficiency with marketing technology stacks, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
5. Experience in crafting compelling brand identities, positioning frameworks, and value propositions.
6. Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards, tracking marketing ROI, and managing budgets.
7. Ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling customer narratives and sales enablement tools.
Desirable
1. Experience leading marketing for an early-stage startup.
2. Proven success in community building and engagement, particularly on B2B platforms like LinkedIn.
3. Experience in Public Relations (PR), including securing media coverage and building relationships with industry analysts and journalists.
4. Experience representing a brand at conferences, webinars, and other public-facing events.
5. Track record of establishing co-marketing partnerships to drive growth.
