Requirements

1. 5–8 years of experience in software development, business analysis, or a related technology role.

2. Proven experience leading the implementation of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and property management systems.

3. Hands-on exposure to managing mobile and web application development projects.

4. Strong technical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

5. Experience with the deployment and management of Enterprise Document Management (EDM) systems.

6. Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, design, and implementing automation workflows.

7. Ability to lead complex, cross-functional digital projects across real estate, retail, and hospitality sectors.

8. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Desirable

1. Direct experience with real estate platforms like Yardi, MRI, or Salesforce for Real Estate.

2. Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and technologies.

3. Experience integrating customer loyalty programs and platforms.

4. Familiarity with the real estate market in Sharjah or the wider UAE.

5. Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile) or Business Analysis.
