We are seeking a driven and strategic Enterprise Account Executive - Growth to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will strategically engage with CTOs, Engineering Leaders, and key technical stakeholders to articulate the business value of our complex enterprise technology. This position requires building strong, effective relationships with clients, internal teams such as Solution Architects, and an ecosystem of channel partners to maximize deal sizes and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a competitive, results-oriented sales professional with a proven history of exceeding quotas in a fast-paced market. Your success will be supported by our comprehensive sales enablement and leadership development programs.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience in a competitive market.

2. A proven and demonstrable track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.

3. Must be based in Dubai and able to work in a hybrid model.

4. Experience developing and executing a strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in an assigned territory.

5. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.

6. Skilled in strategically prospecting into senior technical decision-makers, including CTOs and Engineering/IT Leaders.

7. Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology and build business champions within customer organizations.

8. Experience collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Solution Architects) and external channel partners to drive sales success.

Desirable

1. Proficiency in the Arabic language.

2. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).

3. Familiarity with databases, developer tools, and open-source technology.

4. A passion for growing a career in the database software market.

5. Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
