We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying secure and scalable decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts. You will lead key projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from conceptual design to mainnet launch and subsequent maintenance. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in smart contract security, gas optimization, and Layer 2 scaling solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend developers, to build seamless and robust user experiences. This senior position requires a proactive problem-solver who can mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence within the blockchain domain. Your contributions will be critical in shaping the future of our decentralized ecosystem and delivering high-performance, production-grade blockchain solutions.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain technology.

2. Expert proficiency in Solidity and deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).

3. Proven experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade smart contracts on mainnet.

4. Strong knowledge of smart contract security principles, common attack vectors, and best practices (e.g., checks-effects-interactions, reentrancy guards).

5. Demonstrable experience with modern blockchain development frameworks and tools such as Hardhat or Foundry.

6. Experience designing and implementing scalable dApp architectures, including decisions on on-chain vs. off-chain logic.

7. Proficiency in integrating blockchain components with web applications using libraries like Ethers.js or Web3.js.

8. Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimism, Arbitrum) and understanding of their underlying mechanisms.

Desirable

1. Experience with additional blockchain platforms like Solana or Polygon.

2. Familiarity with DeFi protocols and financial primitives (e.g., AMMs, lending protocols).

3. Full-stack development experience, including backend (Node.js) and frontend (React) technologies.

4. Experience leading a development team or mentoring junior engineers.

5. Experience with native mobile development (Android/iOS) for blockchain applications.
