We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Product Leader to define and drive our Generative AI product portfolio. You will be responsible for creating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-grade AI applications, translating complex business needs into innovative and impactful solutions. As the crucial link between executive leadership and technical teams, you will guide the development of intelligent assistants, personalized recommendation systems, and automated content generators. Requirements

1. 5–8 years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment.

2. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience launching and managing AI/ML products with a specific focus on Generative AI.

3. Demonstrated expertise in evaluating and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), foundational models, and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).

4. Proven experience integrating AI solutions into complex enterprise systems, addressing significant scalability and security challenges.

5. Strong, applied knowledge of ethical AI principles, data governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).

6. Exceptional ability to manage and align diverse senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, data science, compliance).

7. Deep understanding of the MLOps lifecycle, including model training, fine-tuning, deployment, and continuous monitoring.

8. Experience defining and owning product strategy, setting OKRs, and managing a feature-level roadmap for AI solutions.

Desirable

1. Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.

2. Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.

3. Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their specific AI/ML service offerings.

4. Prior experience in B2B SaaS product management.

5. Domain expertise in verticals such as healthcare, finance, or telecommunications.
