Riyadh Air is seeking a visionary Enterprise Integration Architect to spearhead the design and delivery of our integration backbone. As a key member of our Enterprise Architecture team, you will be instrumental in creating a seamless, secure, and scalable digital ecosystem for a pioneering, digitally native airline. You will collaborate with business and IT leaders across Commercial, Operations, and corporate functions to translate strategic requirements into robust integration architectures. This role involves championing modern, cloud-native patterns like microservices and event-driven architecture. Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Integration architecture roles within complex, large-scale organizations.
3. Proven expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
4. Hands-on experience with modern integration patterns, including microservices, API-led connectivity, and event-driven architecture.
5. Strong knowledge of secure integration practices, including identity and access management (OAuth, OpenID Connect), data encryption, and threat modeling.
6. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and resilient integration architecture and designs.
7. Experience in establishing and governing enterprise-wide integration standards, patterns, and best practices.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable
1. Professional-level cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
2. Experience within the airline or travel technology industry.
3. Practical experience with cloud-native technologies, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
4. Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
5. Experience with API Management platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apigee, Kong) and iPaaS solutions.
