We are seeking a dynamic FMCG Marketing Manager to lead and drive the marketing strategy for our Retail Discount business. This pivotal role involves building and enhancing brand equity through strategic guidance and engaging communication campaigns. You will be responsible for developing multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and in-store platforms to expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will shape the brand's voice in a competitive market, ensuring our value-driven offerings reach the target audience effectively. By conducting market research and analyzing data, you will optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Collaborating closely with sales and operations, you will drive foot traffic and sales through innovative marketing. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing marketing budgets and achieving key performance indicators in the retail space.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in marketing.
3. At least 7 years of specific experience within the Retail industry.
4. Demonstrated expertise in brand communication and strategic media planning.
5. Proficiency in executing multi-channel campaigns, including digital (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email) and traditional media.
6. Strong experience in market research, data analysis, and campaign optimization for ROI.
7. Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and track performance against KPIs.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

2. In-depth knowledge of the UAE and regional retail market trends.
3. Experience working in a corporate or head office environment.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
