Head of Engineering (Relocate to Bangkok)

We are a high-growth HR technology SaaS company seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to relocate to Bangkok and lead our talented technical team. In this pivotal role, you will drive our engineering vision, oversee major technical initiatives, and guide the architecture of our scalable platform. You will be responsible for mentoring a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within an agile startup environment. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will contribute to full-stack development while managing cross-functional delivery with product and design teams. Requirements

1. 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying scalable web applications.

2. Proven expertise in backend development using Python with frameworks like Django or FastAPI.

3. Strong proficiency in modern frontend development using Vue.js or React.js.

4. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools, including AWS/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

5. Demonstrable experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically using Terraform.

6. Previous experience in a leadership role, mentoring engineers and managing technical roadmaps.

7. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

8. Willingness and ability to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand for a full-time, on-site role.

1. Experience within the HR Technology (HRTech) industry.

2. Proven success in a high-growth startup environment.

3. Experience scaling B2B SaaS platforms.

4. Familiarity with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
