Product Marketing Manager

Description

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to serve as the critical link between our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams. In this high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end launch process for our innovative AI products, transforming complex technical features into compelling narratives that drive market adoption and revenue. You will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, crafting powerful positioning, and creating robust sales enablement materials. This position involves analyzing market trends and customer insights to shape our product roadmap and ensure our new Agentic AI product line achieves significant market success. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a bias for action who excels in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You will be instrumental in defining how our innovations are perceived and valued in the market. Your success will be measured by high feature adoption, clear market differentiation, and the establishment of smooth, repeatable GTM processes.

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of product marketing or Go-To-Market (GTM) experience in a B2B SaaS or AI company.

2. Demonstrable track record of successfully launching technical products from strategy through to execution.

3. Expertise in creating product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for complex features.

4. Proven ability to develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including training, playbooks, and battlecards.

5. Hands-on experience with in-app communication tools (e.g., Intercom, UserPilot).

6. Proficiency with product analytics platforms (e.g., Heap, Mixpanel) to track adoption and inform strategy.

7. Native or full professional fluency in Arabic.

8. Strong professional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Desirable

1. Experience owning and managing GTM budgets and tracking ROI on marketing investments.

2. A proactive, 'bias for action' mindset with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.

3. Experience conducting and synthesizing competitive analysis and market research.

4. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Product and Sales teams.

5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility role while building processes from the ground up.
