Talent Development Manager - KSA

Americana Foods is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Development Manager for KSA operations to lead strategic learning and capability development efforts. Based in Jeddah Industrial City, this role will report directly to the Group Talent COE. The role involves developing and driving the localization of global talent strategies, creating impactful learning programs, and establishing partnerships with external stakeholders to support Saudization goals. The successful candidate will manage the L&D budget, provide strategic learning advisory to senior stakeholders, and deliver targeted development journeys for diverse talent groups across functions and levels. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven transformation within a high-profile FMCG environment.

Requirements

1. 10+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Capability roles, preferably within FMCG or Retail.

2. Proven expertise in localizing and implementing global learning and development strategies in both corporate and operational settings.

3. Hands-on experience with learning systems, instructional design, and stakeholder facilitation.

4. Proficiency in managing L&D budgets with a focus on achieving high ROI and measurable outcomes.

5. Fluency in both Arabic and English; Saudi Nationality is mandatory.

Desirable

1. Experience working with culturally diverse and change-resistant teams.

2. Proven capability in designing development journeys for specific talent groups (e.g., early career, high-potential, or frontline employees).

3. Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making to evaluate learning program effectiveness.
