Requirements
1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
2. Proven track record in developing and executing data-driven player lifecycle and retention campaigns within the iGaming, betting, or a similar digital B2C industry.
3. Expertise in creating advanced player segmentation models based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and experience using data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker to derive actionable insights.
5. Demonstrable experience in designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance.
6. In-depth knowledge of key retention and iGaming metrics, including LTV, Churn Rate, ARPU, and conversion rates.
7. Experience in developing and implementing successful player re-activation and loyalty programs.
8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and analytics, to achieve common goals.
Desirable
1. Experience with gamification techniques to drive player engagement.
2. Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning models for churn prediction.
3. Experience working in an Agile marketing or product development environment.
4. Knowledge of international iGaming regulations and compliance.
