We are seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, focusing on the cybersecurity sector. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical lead for our enterprise clients, driving the discovery, design, and successful deployment of the ExtraHop Network Detection and Response (NDR) platform. You will engage with customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle, establishing yourself as a trusted technical advisor. Your responsibilities will include architecting robust solutions, creating custom tooling through scripting, and ensuring seamless system integrations. Furthermore, you will develop and deliver technical documentation and enablement sessions for both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and exceptional customer-facing skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects effectively.
Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in technical IT or cybersecurity roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Professional Services.
2. Strong and demonstrable understanding of networking principles, including the OSI model (L2-L4), TCP/IP, and packet analysis.
3. Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python or JavaScript, for automation and system integration.
4. Proven experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade technology solutions in client environments.
5. Experience with system integration using APIs, specifically REST.
6. Excellent customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills, with experience in a pre-sales or post-sales capacity.
7. Ability to create high-quality technical documentation for various audiences.
8. Strong time management and project management skills to handle concurrent client engagements.
Desirable
1. Direct experience with Network Detection and Response (NDR), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), or packet analysis tools.
2. Familiarity with the broader security ecosystem, including firewalls, proxies, SASE, SIEM, and SOAR platforms.
3. Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
4. Experience with penetration testing tools and techniques.
5. Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
