A client of byteSpark.ai in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a visionary Director of HR Technology and Transformation to spearhead the evolution of their HR function into a data-driven, tech-enabled powerhouse. This strategic leader will architect and execute the organization’s HR digital transformation roadmap, embedding innovative technologies and processes across the enterprise.
You will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and deploying cutting-edge HR systems, including AI-powered recruitment tools and advanced workforce analytics platforms. By bridging People, Process, and Technology, you will champion a digital mindset — re-engineering core HR functions to enhance efficiency and elevate the employee experience.
Working closely with the CHRO and other C-suite leaders, you will drive the cultural adoption of new solutions, ensuring HR capabilities align seamlessly with overarching business objectives. Your leadership will be pivotal in building a forward-thinking HR organization that leverages data to make strategic talent decisions and foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
1. Over 15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on HR digital transformation.
2. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing multi-year HR digital transformation roadmaps.
3. Proven track record of leading the full lifecycle of enterprise-level HRIS/HCM implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
4. In-depth knowledge of recruitment automation technologies, such as AI-driven screening tools, chatbots, and advanced ATS platforms.
5. Strong experience in establishing and leading a workforce analytics function, including the development of executive-level dashboards.
6. Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) to drive user adoption and manage organizational transition.
7. Experience in leading system migration and complex data integration projects between legacy and modern HR platforms.
8. Proven ability to collaborate with and influence C-level stakeholders (CHRO, CIO, CEO) to align technology initiatives with business strategy.
Desirable
1. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
2. Professional certifications such as PMP, Prosci, or SHRM-SCP.
3. Experience implementing HR technologies across multiple geographies and diverse business units.
4. Background as either an HR leader with exceptional technology acumen or a technology leader with deep HR domain exposure.
5. Familiarity with data protection and labor law compliance in the context of HR technology (e.g., GDPR).
