Requirements
1. Proven experience in a senior multi-site operations leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
2. Demonstrable success in developing and executing operational strategies that drive commercial growth and profitability.
3. Strong track record of implementing and upholding rigorous standards for service quality, health, safety, and guest satisfaction.
4. Expertise in full P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple business units.
5. Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing management teams.
6. Experience in managing large-scale operational projects, such as new site openings or technology rollouts.
7. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, compliance, and operational best practices.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform operational and strategic decisions.
Desirable
1. Experience working within a fast-growing, founder-led or family-owned business.
2. Familiarity with the British Asian food market or cultural landscape.
3. Experience with implementing modern hospitality technology (e.g., POS, inventory, labour management systems).
4. A formal qualification in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
