We are seeking a highly skilled Payments Operations Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on our gaming and digital wallet platforms. In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end payment lifecycle, ensuring seamless and secure transactions for our global user base. You will manage daily payment flows, oversee multi-currency reconciliation and settlement, and monitor for financial risks. Your expertise will be vital in managing relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquirers, and e-wallet partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing payment approval rates, minimizing fraud, and ensuring the precision of all financial reporting. You will analyze payment performance data to drive improvements and work cross-functionally to support new payment integrations. This position requires a meticulous, analytical, and proactive professional with a deep understanding of the global payments landscape, particularly within high-transaction digital environments. Your contributions will directly impact our revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a payment operations role, managing day-to-day transaction flows.

2. Demonstrable experience managing relationships and integrations with PSPs, acquirers, and e-wallets.

3. Expertise in high-volume, multi-currency payment reconciliation, settlement, and financial reporting.

4. Hands-on experience with industry-standard AML and fraud monitoring tools (e.g., Sift, Seon, Accertify).

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor payment KPIs, identify trends, and mitigate risks.

6. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis related to payment transactions.

7. In-depth knowledge of global payment methods, card network rules (Visa, Mastercard), and payment processing technologies.

8. Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced digital environment such as gaming, fintech, or e-commerce.

Desirable

1. Direct experience in the online gaming, iGaming, or digital wallet industry.

2. Experience with project management for payment system implementations or optimizations.

3. Knowledge of alternative payment methods, including cryptocurrency processing.

4. Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating payment performance dashboards.

5. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in key international markets.
