Caravan Media is seeking a driven and dynamic B2B Partnerships Manager to lead revenue generation for our podcasts, explainers, newsletters and events through sponsorships, grants, and partnerships. The successful candidate will collaborate with brands, agencies, and government institutions to create meaningful collaborations that align with our mission of narrating the transformative economic story of the MENAP region. Operating across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Pakistan, the role demands a strong relationship builder with a result-oriented mindset who is self-motivated and energetic. The ideal candidate will carry out a full sales cycle, manage a pipeline, and craft innovative proposals to secure partnerships that genuinely resonate with our audience.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on driving revenue.

2. Expertise in handling the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, creating proposals, building pipelines, and closing deals.

3. Proficiency in organizing and tracking sales activities and progress.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal crafting skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain a network across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt and Pakistan.

6. Fluency in Arabic for effective communication within the MENAP region.

Desirable

1. Familiarity with media, content, or the creative industry.

2. Experience in affiliate marketing.
