Caravan Media is seeking an experienced and dependable Finance & Admin Manager to oversee financial operations and administrative tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or operations, preferably in startups, creative agencies, or media companies. Key responsibilities include managing budgeting, cash flow, invoicing, legal and compliance tasks (such as contracts and VAT filings), and coordinating seamless vendor payments. You will generate clear financial reports and KPI dashboards to support decision-making. Familiarity with UAE/KSA regulations and proficiency in financial tools and platforms are essential. Requirements

1. 3–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations, preferably within startups or media companies.

2. Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA regulations, including company formation, VAT, payroll, and freelancer contracts.

3. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho, and advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets.

4. Ability to design and maintain monthly financial reports and KPI dashboards.

5. Demonstrated experience in vendor payment processes.

Desirable

1. Experience in startups or digital media
