We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruiter to join our corporate headquarters team at Cupola Group MEA in Dubai. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires. You will partner closely with operational managers to understand their requirements, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing top-tier candidates through diverse channels, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience that positively reflects our brand. You will also be responsible for building robust talent pipelines and networks to support our continuous growth. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1 year of dedicated recruitment experience within the U.A.E. market.

3. Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.

4. Proficiency in sourcing candidates through databases, professional networks, and social media platforms.

5. Experience conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments.

6. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

7. Ability to accurately manage recruitment data and prepare reports on hiring metrics.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Desirable

1. Professional proficiency in written and verbal Arabic communication.

2. Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines with passive candidates.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.

5. Experience establishing networks with universities and industry groups.
