Description
We are hiring an L1 NOC Engineer Infrastructure with 2-5 years of experience for our IT support team. The role involves monitoring servers, storage, and IT infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Nexthink while managing incidents via ServiceNow. The candidate will perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and systems, support routine maintenance, and assist in documentation/reporting of infrastructure health and resolution processes. This position requires a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, with an emphasis on efficient issue resolution and collaborative communication.
Salary: AED 12.5k - 13.9k per month
Requirements
1. 2-5 years of experience in infrastructure support roles.
2. Foundational knowledge of servers, virtualization, and networking.
3. Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Nexthink, and incident management tools such as ServiceNow.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
5. Ability to record, categorize, and escalate incidents effectively while maintaining accurate documentation.
6. Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
1. Certifications such as CompTIA Server+ or equivalent infrastructure certifications.
2. Experience with virtual environments and cloud-based infrastructure.
3. Familiarity with endpoint monitoring and analysis tools.
