Description
The SLA and Reporting Analyst will oversee Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring and ensure compliance while identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. They will also design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards, delivering critical insights to support data-driven decision-making. This role involves ensuring data integrity, analyzing large datasets, and collaborating with stakeholders across departments to meet reporting requirements. The analyst will enhance reporting systems through automation and stay updated with the latest BI technologies. Additionally, they will support ad-hoc reporting needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Salary AED 9K - 10.8K per month
Requirements
1. Proven experience in SLA management and performance monitoring.
2. Proficiency in leading BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
3. Strong skills in SQL and data querying for analysis and reporting.
4. Ability to manage and ensure the quality and integrity of large datasets.
5. Advanced capabilities in data visualization and automation of reports.
6. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Desirable
1. Knowledge of scripting or programming languages like Python or R.
2. Experience in predictive analytics or machine learning for business insights.
3. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices.
