Etisalat Information Services (EIS) is seeking a Senior Digital Sales Manager to spearhead business growth and strengthen our client portfolio in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role involves selling advanced digital marketing solutions, including paid media, SEO, social strategies, and AdTech/MarTech services, while fostering strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients. The candidate will lead business development efforts, provide market-driven consultation, and align digital solutions with client objectives. Success in this role will depend on a proven sales record in digital services, knowledge of the UAE digital ecosystem, and the ability to deliver exceptional client value. Collaboration with internal teams and leveraging industry insights to enhance client success will be pivotal.
Requirements
1. 6-8 years of sales experience in digital marketing, media, or AdTech/MarTech industries.
2. Strong expertise in selling digital marketing solutions such as paid media, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
3. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic business development.
4. In-depth understanding of the UAE’s digital ecosystem and GCC market trends.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
6. Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills with enterprise-level clients.
Desirable
1. Fluency in both English and Arabic to engage diverse clientele.
2. Previous experience in a digital agency or technology-driven advertising environment.
3. Familiarity with WhatsApp for Business and AdTech/MarTech tools.
