Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented L1 NOC Engineer to join our team and provide first-line support for critical business applications. The successful candidate will monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely escalation of unresolved incidents. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document procedures, and assist users with application-related queries. The candidate will use tools like Grafana, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow to monitor, detect, and resolve issues impacting application performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic IT environment.
Salary: AED 12.5k - 13.9k per month
Requirements
1. 2-5 years of experience in application support or IT support roles.
2. Proficiency with monitoring tools which must include Grafana, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Nexthink.
3. Hands-on experience with incident management systems like ServiceNow.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for application issues.
5. Ability to effectively communicate with users and technical teams.
6. Proficiency in maintaining and updating documentation and SOPs.
Desirable
1. Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
2. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
3. Ability to create and deliver end-user training material.
