Description
The Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Investment Placement Team (IPT) and assisting the line manager in administrative, analytical, and project coordination tasks. This role requires handling administrative responsibilities such as preparing reports, managing travel arrangements, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. The Assistant will also provide client support by managing inquiries, distributing updates, and fostering client relationships. Additionally, the position involves conducting market research, supporting business development activities, and contributing to the effective execution of investment placement strategies. Confidentiality and effective communication are key elements of this role.
Requirements
1. Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in preparing and editing business documents, reports, and presentations.
2. Experience in coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and managing operational changes efficiently.
3. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
4. Proficiency in processing expense reports, invoices, and adhering to company policies for compliance.
