Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hardware-related projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing project scope, schedules, and budgets while ensuring effective stakeholder communication and delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, prepare compelling project proposals, and maintain relationships with customers to ensure expectations are exceeded. This position also requires regular status reporting, proactive risk management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate would bring strong project management expertise and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
1. Proven experience managing hardware projects, including end-to-end execution.
2. PMP credential or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
3. Demonstrable expertise working with customers and external stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scopes and budgets simultaneously.
5. 5-10 years of experience in project management, systems engineering, or product development.
6. Familiarity with project management tools, frameworks, and reporting methodologies.
Desirable
1. Experience in aerospace projects, particularly CubeSats, Small Satellites, or space-related platforms.
2. Familiarity with biological or chemical processes and laboratory principles.
3. Master’s degree or an advanced equivalent qualification.
