Finance Transformation and Reporting Manager
Posted Oct 22, 2026
About the role
We are seeking a mid-career Finance Transformation and Reporting Manager to lead finance reporting improvements, coordinate cross-functional transformation activity, and maintain reliable management information. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will manage and coach a dedicated team of four analysts and accountants. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the production of monthly performance packs and reconciliations, ensuring high quality standards and timely delivery. You will actively identify reporting process gaps and implement practical controls and automation to drive sustained process improvements. Working collaboratively across the organization, you will coordinate system-change requirements with finance, IT, and business unit leaders. You will also be responsible for managing team priorities and capability development to foster strong team ownership. Additionally, you will present variances, key assumptions, and exceptions clearly to senior stakeholders to build and maintain stakeholder confidence. A critical aspect of this position involves applying strong financial judgment and control awareness to challenge unsupported numbers, such as optimistic forecast adjustments without supporting evidence, and escalate material control weaknesses. Success in this role will be measured by more timely and reliable management reporting, robust internal controls, and effective people leadership.
