Description
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join MTQ Oilfield Services and contribute to the growth of our operations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role requires a results-driven individual with expertise in the sales, marketing, and business development of oilfield well control equipment and services. The candidate will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, achieve sales targets, and lead a sales and estimation team. Leveraging our state-of-the-art manufacturing and repair facilities, the Sales & Marketing Manager will build customer-centric solutions, establish strong client relationships, and expand the business portfolio. In addition, they will engage in negotiations, close high-value deals, and oversee regional marketing campaigns, compliance, and brand awareness initiatives.
Requirements
1. 7-10 years of sales expertise in the manufacturing and repair of oilfield well control equipment.
2. 7-10 years of sales and business development experience in the Middle East region, with a preference for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain markets.
3. Strong understanding of API 6A, 16A, 16C, 5CT, and 7-1 standards for well control equipment.
4. Master's or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (MBA is considered an advantage).
5. Proficiency in English (Arabic speaking ability is preferred).
6. Experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals within the upstream oil & gas sector.
