Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development, preferably in blockchain or fintech projects.

2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar backend frameworks.

3. Hands-on experience with building scalable and efficient backend systems.

4. Familiarity with blockchain technologies like Ethereum and smart contracts.

5. Strong understanding of financial models, derivatives, and risk mitigation strategies.

6. Proven ability to implement secure and efficient integrations with external APIs or third-party platforms.

Desirable

1. Experience working on stablecoin platforms or digital asset ecosystems.

2. Understanding of delta-neutral strategies or hedging mechanisms in financial markets.

3. Background in computer science or related technical discipline.
