Senior Backend Engineer

Description

Resolv Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team in developing the innovative delta-neutral stablecoin, USR, and associated systems. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable backend infrastructure, craft efficient and secure financial models, and collaborate on systems involving Ethereum and blockchain technologies. Successful candidates will work to ensure that Resolv's products remain robust and adaptive in the dynamic cryptocurrency space. Responsibilities also include integrating on-chain assets, managing hedging strategies with derivatives, and delivering clean, maintainable code. This role offers the opportunity to shape cutting-edge technology solutions within the evolving blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in developing backend infrastructure, including APIs and databases.

2. Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum.

3. Solid understanding of financial modeling, derivatives, and hedging strategies.

4. Proficient in writing clean, readable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, or Rust).

5. Experience with distributed systems and working on high-availability, high-performance systems.

6. Familiarity with liquidity pool mechanics and operations.

Desirable

1. Experience contributing to or working on DeFi projects.

2. Understanding of cryptographic principles and security practices in blockchain.

3. Prior experience with smart contract development and deployment.
