Front Office Manager
Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager with a background in logistics and warehousing industries to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office management, handling walk-in customers, and effectively managing telephone and email inquiries. This role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should display exceptional communication skills and fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic being a notable advantage. A background in accounting and bookkeeping is also highly desirable.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in office management within logistics and warehousing industries.
2. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
3. Evidence of handling walk-in customers and managing telephone and email inquiries efficiently.
4. Must be based in Dubai and have a resume indicating evidence of the candidate's origin from Eastern Europe or the Philippines.
Desirable
1. Background in accounting and bookkeeping.
2. Age between 25 to 30 years with Date of Birth indicated on the resume.
