HR Manager
Description
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. This pivotal role will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of HR and HCM platforms, managing relationships with HR platform vendors, and selecting the best solutions to meet our company's needs. The successful candidate will also be tasked with authoring and updating HR policies, as well as managing a wide array of HR processes such as visa applications, holiday scheduling, pay raises, performance management KPIs, and sick leave. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively introduce and manage new HR processes, ensuring our HR operations support our staff efficiently and contribute to the company's overall success.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in HR or HCM platform planning and implementation.
2. Strong vendor management skills with a track record of selecting high-performance HR platforms.
3. Ability to author, update, and implement new HR policies.
4. Solid experience in managing HR processes, including but not limited to visas, holidays, pay raises, performance management, and sick leave.
5. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desirable
1. Certification in Human Resources Management or related field.
2. Experience in implementing and managing performance KPIs.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management.
