This role demands a professional with solid product management expertise, a successful sales background, and experience in negotiating distributor contracts and building a distribution network. Key Responsibilities: Product Management: - Manage product sourcing and placement for collectibles and merchandise. - Establish and maintain relationships with brands to secure exclusive distribution rights. - Oversee the product lifecycle from development to market introduction. Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement B2B sales strategies for merchandise and collectibles. - Set sales targets and create plans to achieve them. - Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns. Market Expansion: - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. - Develop strategies to penetrate new B2B markets and expand the customer base. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conventions. Distribution Networks and Contracts: - Negotiate distributor contracts and build a robust distribution network. - Manage relationships with retail outlets and ensure product placement in various stores. Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and sales, preferably in the collectibles or merchandise industry.
