Description
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead the modernization of our HR department through the integration of cutting-edge technology solutions. This role demands a visionary leader who can replace outdated legacy systems with innovative tools and processes to optimize our HR functions, including recruitment, employee management, and payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on improving efficiency, enhancing employee experience, and implementing data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with IT, HR, and other departmental heads to ensure a seamless transition to new technologies, training the HR team on new tools, and continually monitoring the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects, ideally within HR functions.
2. Strong knowledge of current and emerging HR technologies, including HRIS systems, AI-powered recruitment tools, and digital payroll solutions.
3. Experience in replacing legacy systems with modern SaaS-based solutions.
4. Competency in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
5. Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Desirable
1. Certification in Project Management or Digital Transformation.
2. Experience in implementing AI and machine learning technologies in HR processes.
3. Knowledge of change management principles.
