A leading gaming company headquartered in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Manager to lead our sponsorship initiatives, forge strong relationships with brands and government entities, and work on innovative revenue models to support our growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling team sponsorships, acting as a liaison between us and government entities, and developing tailored revenue models. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in achieving significant sponsorship sales and a deep understanding of the esports landscape.
Requirements
1. Proven track record in achieving sponsorship sales targets.
2. Experience in liaising with government entities and navigating related legal and regulatory frameworks.
3. Ability to develop and implement innovative revenue models.
4. Strong network within esports, gaming, and related industries.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Experience working with sponsorship agencies such as Sports Five, Webidea, etc.
Desirable
1. Familiarity with the esports industry and its audiences.
2. Creative mindset with the ability to ideate unique sponsorship opportunities.
3. Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for constructing and forecasting revenue models.
